The Office of Student Activities is an advisor, ally, administrator, educator and mentor to the students of Southwestern University.

What We Do

We facilitate learning experiences through new student orientation, leadership opportunities, student organizations, social activities, and other services that promote personal growth and the empowerment of students for success in our diverse community and beyond it.

August 28th, 2015

  • Image preview Friday Night Live presents: rock band performance by TEAM* 8:00pm

    This week’s FNL features the band TEAM*! TEAM* originated in Dallas, TX. Their song “Come to my House” was featured on an episode of Teen Mom, and song “All the Time” featured on an episode of Vampire Diaries. TEAM* also opened for Imagine Dragons in the  Summer of 2013. TEAM* was listed in Under the Gun’s review of the 9 Artists to Watch in 2015.

  • Image preview Friday Night Live presents: Comedian Liz Miele All Day

    This week’s FNL feautres comedian Liz Miele. Liz Miele began performing stand-up comedy at the age of 16. She appeared on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham. Liz was featured on’s “Stand-Up for Beauty” with Ellen DeGeneres, and has appeared on Late Night with Conan O’Brian.
