Completed in 1997, Brown-Cody Hall houses 132 first-year women in two-person rooms with suite-style bathrooms.
Brown-Cody is distinguished by its full kitchen and beautiful, spacious lounge. The second and third floors also feature study lounges and balcony access.
The exterior is constructed of Texas limestone while the interior retains many architectural details from the residence Hall Brown Cody replaced: Laura Kuykendall Hall (things like the design of the stair rail and doorknobs). The entry hall has a terrazzo floor and wood wainscot. Each floor also has a study room and computer room.
