Greetings Pi Sisters!
Zeta Chapter, as the second oldest active chapter of ΑΔΠ, has a rich and extensive heritage, but where would it be without its legacy of alumnae? I appeal to you to reconnect with Zeta Chapter as a Pi member. If you are a member of the Facebook social network, please join our Group, “Alpha Delta Pi – Zeta Chapter Alumnae.” I encourage you to get involved with the chapter through events and activities. If you no longer live in the Central Texas area, please send letters or emails to the chapter (via firstname.lastname@example.org). These kind words enliven and lift the spirits of the collegiate ΑΔΠs as they struggle with the daily monotony of classes and schoolwork. Trust me, SU has not gotten any easier over the years!
Not a Zeta Chapter alumna but living in the area? Zeta Chapter welcomes you with open arms and an entreaty to get involved. Local alumnae host Pi Dinners every semester and they are a perfect opportunity get to know the collegian women of ΑΔΠ. Small groups of current ΑΔΠ sisters travel to Pi members homes for dinner. ΑΔΠ provides all the food – you just provide a table, some chairs, and a convivial environment. Open Chapter Room events are hosted by Zeta Chapter once a semester, during Homecoming Weekend in November and then in April. These events are a great way to meet the current members of Zeta Chapter and relive your ΑΔΠ days.
Upcoming Alumnae Event
We are always looking for volunteers in the Georgetown/Austin area to help with Deferred Formal Recruitment in January, Diamond Days, and also to host Pi Dinners for smalls groups of ΑΔΠs. Diamond Days and Pi Dinners occur in the spring, usually during the month of March. If you are interested in volunteering, please email email@example.com.
