Book Buy Backs

  • After you complete your course work, the bookstore will buy back your textbooks.
  • The best time to sell books back is during finals week. At this time, the bookstore will pay up to half of the purchase price of the book if it is needed for classes the following semester.
  • The bookstore will buy back books which are not needed for the following semester based on national demand. Books must be in good condition, and current edition.
  • The bookstore will buy back books year round.

Why sell your books back?

  • Because it makes used books available to sell and keeps book prices lower.

Refund/Return Policy

  • No Refunds Without Receipt
  • Cash refunds are only granted on textbook purchases
  • Full refunds are granted during the first week of the Fall and Spring semesters with receipt
  • Drop slips will also be required for a full refund during the second week of classes
  • No refunds will be granted after the second week of classes
  • Full refunds are granted during the first three (3) days of summer terms only with drop slip and receipt
  • Books must be returned in the same condition as purchased, i.e. shrinkwrap intact, no writing or highlighting in the new books

  • Check Cashing - up to $25.00, no purchase necessary
  • Copying - letter size copies @ $.07 per page
  • Faxing - $1.00 per page, $4.00 international (Student Fax 512-868-8512)
  • Special Orders - we gladly order any books or supplies not in stock, 50% deposit may be required
