SIRA offers several outdoor trips/outings per semester. Outings can be one day and include activities such as rock climbing and sailing. Trips are usually overnight and include activities such as camping, orienteering, and backpacking. Trips can include activities such as back county canoeing, snow skiing, rock climbing and ecotours. Fall 2009 Trip Schedule:

Rock Climbing @ Reimer's Ranch
- Saturday, September 12th

* Rock climbing instruction and equipment
* Great event for beginning and experienced climbers

Kayaking on the San Marcos River
- Sunday, Oct 11th - Monday, Oct 12th (Fall Break)

* Learn to kayak or refresh your skills
* Enjoy two days on this beautiful Central Texas river
* Kayaks, camping gear, transportation - everything included

Ropes Course Adventure
- Saturday, October 31st

* A great day of fun and adrenaline pumping activity
* A variety of different challenges for your body and mind
