Destination: Service

Destination: Service is Southwestern's Spring Break volunteer service program. Students volunteer over Spring Break to help make the world a more livable place for others. Students volunteer to build new homes, repair homes, work in the National Parks and volunteer with urban social programs and ministries, joining other volunteers in their effort. Destination: Service celebrated 14 years of service in 2009.

The student Destination: Service Planning Team meets year round to design our trips. Last year's trips included sites at Orange, Texas, Galveston, Texas and Goodwill in downtown Houston to assist with recovery efforts after Hurricane Ike devastated friends and neighbors on the Texas coast.
