Tisha Temple has been involved in International Education for over ten years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Spanish from Trinity University and a Master of Arts in International Education from the School for International Training (SIT) Graduate Institute. She studied abroad in Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina for a year in high school and at the Universidad de Costa Rica during a semester in college. Tisha has also traveled extensively to evaluate study abroad programs. Her master’s thesis looked at the connection between food and cultural knowledge and insights for students studying abroad in Italy. She actively participates in the International Education association, NAFSA, and previously taught a course preparing students for cultural adjustments in study abroad. She is passionate about experiential learning and cultural exchange, and making sure that students are fully supported throughout the process.
Maggie Maher earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Trinity University and a Master of Arts in International Education from the University of Bath (England). She spent her junior year abroad at the University of Essex in Colchester, England and the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, and has visited countries in four continents. Her postgraduate dissertation focused on the internationalization of higher education in the United States.
