- June 30, 2004 A $3 million gift from the Cullen Trust for Higher Education will help renovate one of Southwestern’s most historic structures, the century-old Roy & Lillie Cullen Building. Renovation is scheduled to start summer 2004 and will be completed by 2006 or 2007.
