SU Communication Studies Graduate at NCA
At the 2010 National Communication Association meeting in November, SU Communication Studies alum Diana Leon (‘10) delivered a presentation entitled “Latina Bodies: Hollywood Fairytale?”
An earlier version of this critical work was the subject of Leon’s Capstone project in Communication Studies in Spring 2009. At NCA, Leon also participated in a panel entitled “Broken Bridges: Activism and the Academy.”
