This session features Michael Clarke, PT, DPT, and Bri Felix ’15, PT Technician, both working at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists.

 

Michael Clarke is a graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah. He received his Bachelor of Science in Human Movement Science from Utah State University in Logan, Utah. He is currently pursing his Orthopaedic Certified Specialist certification through the Evidence In Motion residency program.

While studying, Dr. Clarke graduated from the Evidence In Motion CEN internship where he received mentorship and specialized training in the field of orthopaedics and manual therapy, with additional training in trigger point dry needling. He was honored to receive the 2015 Academic Award of his graduating class. He enjoys treating all types of orthopaedic conditions, with special interests including the shoulder and spine.

In his spare time, Dr. Clarke enjoys spending time with his wife and newborn son Max. He enjoys going on hikes, fishing, snowboarding, and working out at the gym. Being new to the Austin area, he is eager to explore everything Texas has to offer.
