If you are unable to find the answer to your question in our Knowledgebase and need assistance, please contact us either by email or by phone at:

What's the best way to get help? Call the Help Desk or send us an email.
Walk-Ins
Faculty, students and staff may visit the Help Desk in person during office hours however priority is given to Help Desk phone calls, e-mail and scheduled appointments. The Help Desk is partially staffed in person Monday - Friday 8:00am - noon and 1:00pm - 5:00pm. If the Help Desk is not staffed when you arrive, use the phone on the desk and call 7333. Hardware/Software Problems
Problems with personal computers are not handled through the Help Desk. With that said, if a Help Desk technician is available, they are always happy to perform a quick evaluation of the problem and provide useful information to share with a vendor's warranty department.
