Computer Repair Information
If you are faculty or staff and have a problem with your office computer or the printer your use, please email or call the Help Desk at helpdesk@southwestern.edu or 512-819-7333. Depending on the severity of the problem, your call will be passed to an ITS technician for immediate attention or the issue will be recorded in our ticketing system, prioritized and assigned to a technician.
- ITS Help Desk and repair services cannot be used for personal computers, software and uses.
- ITS will assist students in diagnosing a computer problem but we cannot repair student computers or printers.
