Support Staff
Choreographer
- Stages dance and dance-like movement in show
- Attends auditions, choreography rehearsals, and dress rehearsals
Costume Shop Manager
- Maintains a functional, safe, and efficient Costume Shop
- Manages budget for all costumes, wigs, and accessories
- Supervises construction, alteration, repair, cleaning, maintenance and storage of costumes, wigs, and accessories
- Coordinates costume fittings
- Schedules and supervises build crews
- Oversees wardrobe crews
- Organizes costume strike of all mainstage shows
Master Electrician
- Cleans, repairs, and maintains lighting equipment
- Teaches lab students the basics of theatre lighting
- Hangs, cables, and patches each show
- Coordinates electrics work calls
Musical Director
- Advises director on musical elements within the show
- Instructs cast on musical numbers
- Attends auditions and musical rehearsals
- Conducts live music if applicable
Technical Director
- Maintains a functional, safe, and efficient Scene Shop
- Sets deadlines and priorities for the build with the director
- Organizes the scenery and property build
- Generates construction drawings as necessary
- Manages budget for all scenic elements
- Schedules, teaches, and supervises build crews
- Organizes scenic strike of all mainstage shows
Voice And Movement Coach
- Advises director and cast on voice and movement techniques
- Meets individually with students as needed
- Attends production meetings as needed and occasional rehearsals
