WINTER STORM WARNING
From the National Weather Service for Williamson County, TX
A winter storm warning remains in effect from Midnight tonight (3/4/15) to Noon tomorrow (3/5/15). Arctic air will pour into the area after 6:00 p.m. with freezing rain and sleet causing icing of 1/10 inch or higher. This will make for icy roads and hazardous driving conditions that may pose a threat to life and property.
As of 5:30 p.m., March 4, Southwestern is expected to be open and fully functioning tomorrow, March 5. Due to a chance of freezing precipitation tonight, key personnel will be making a final determination about a possible delay or closure tomorrow morning around 5:00 a.m. In any case, we want you to be safe, so please take every precaution to do so.
