Southwestern University is a small, private, undergraduate college located in Georgetown, Texas. It is affiliated with the United Methodist Church.
We receive many transcript requests from individuals who actually attended Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas), Southwestern Adventist University (Keene, Texas), Southwestern Assemblies of God University (Waxahachie, TX), or Southwestern Christian College (Terrell, TX). We cannot honor these requests.
Southwestern University will issue a student transcript if all of the following are true:
There is no charge for a Southwestern University transcript unless a student order more than five in a single month. In that event, the charge is one dollar ($1) per transcript over 5. Checks may be made payable to Southwestern University and mailed to the Office of the Registrar at the address below.
If you have access to (or can download) Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may print a copy of our transcript order form.
Otherwise, you may create your own written request.
Be sure to provide:
1. name, name of record at SU,
2. SSN & date of birth (for matching purposes),
3. semesters and years attended,
4. address to which the transcript should be
sent,
5. contact information (phone and e-mail address)
so we can reach you
if we have problems,
6. and your signature.
If you are currently enrolled and wish the transcript to be held for semester grades or the posting of a degree, include that in your instructions.
